With The Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep - KDCS offers an exciting selection of cycle rides throughout the local area and beyond. There are social gatherings including slide shows, talks and supper evenings and members are kept up to date with cycling news and issues through this web site, emails and our Facebook pages. KDCS are an affiliated group of Cycling UK.

Easy Tuesdays - rides

They are free leisure rides organised by Kendal & District Cycle Scene for Tuesday evenings throughout the summer.  

They start from Kendal Leisure Centre at 7pm - except for the third Tuesday of the month when they start from Milnthorpe or Windermere. 

The rides involve a gentle pace and are generally between 12 and 20 miles.

There is no pre-appointed leader for the rides.

They start from Kendal Leisure Centre at 7pm except for the third Tuesday of the month when they start from Milnthorpe or Windermere. 

The rides involve a gentle pace and are generally between 12 and 20 miles.

There is no pre-appointed leader for the rides.  The routes are as listed below.  No unaccompanied children please.
